Defective ProductsPlease contact us if you receive an item that is damaged or seems defective. Provide your order number and detailed information regarding the damaged or defective product and we will work with you to find an acceptable solution.
Please contact us immediately to begin the process of a return. A return must be initiated within 15 days of receipt of your shipment. We will provide you with an authorization number for the item(s) that will be returned.
For return and refund, the item must be in new, unopened, unused condition, and have the original packaging and upc code sticker attached to be approved for a refund. All parts that were included in the original product packaging, including ink cartridges, and tip protectors, must be intact, and in unused, unopened condition.
Used pens may not be returned for refund. Sharpened pencils may not be returned for refund. Used erasers may not be returned for refund.
All returns must have a return authorization number, and the item(s) must be received by us no later than 40 days after the original purchase date. All returns will be inspected to determine if the item is in new, unopened, and unused condition, as stated in the guidelines above. Refunds will only be issued if these guidelines are met. The Seaworn Sail reserves the right to decline refund requests if the product has been returned in any state other than new, unopened, and unused.
It is recommended that a trackable form of shipping be used for returns. We can not be held responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Original shipping fees and return shipping fees can not be refunded.
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return is received and processed.
Unfortunately we can not process exchanges, but you are welcome to initiate a return of any new, unused, and unopened items. One your return/refund is processed you may place a new order for an alternate product at your convenience.
